Heilei/HLSimulator and Nut Simulator/AppleSeed are the only real emulators for Windows with limitation so far. Do not trust some various money hungry fake websites who claims there are thousands of best iOS Emulators to run iOS apps on PC, whatever. Forget all about fake websites.

 

Note:

This emulator runs iOS 9.2, ARM64. Based on Xcode simulator but this can run games in hardware acceleration

Jailbreak is not possible

App Store cannot be added because emulator is based on Xcode
